• clinical examination
• creation of a pedigree chart
• collection of blood samples for laboratory testing (cytogenetic , molecular genetic)
• evaluation of a case and recommendation for following care including indications for prenatal testing (amniocentesis, ultrasound) with an assessment of a genetic risk
