Center for Medical Genetics, Ltd.<\/p>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]The Center for Medical Genetics<\/strong> began its activities in 1997 with headquarters located in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice. We are a private medical facility consisting of genetic outpatient facilities, ultrasound facilities, and a cytogenetic and molecular genetic laboratory.<\/p>\n

The original center was founded by MUDr. Karel \u010cutka and consisted of one outpatient clinic with a single ultrasound device and a cytogenetic laboratory. MUDr. \u010cutka, together with his son David, built the genetic facility into what it is today. In 2009, the Center moved to its new building on Novohradsk\u00e1 Street in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice; the new facility houses 5 ultrasound facilities, a genetic clinic, and a cytogenetic and molecular genetic laboratory.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row color_set=”light_section” full_width=”0″ full_height=”0″ particles=”0″][vc_column]

We also provide genetic consultations and genetic examinations for couples with fertility disorders, repeated miscarriage, and families with a history of cancer or other serious congenital diseases.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

MUDr. David \u010cutka – head physician<\/h4>\n

Born in 1977 in\u00a0\u010cesk\u00fd Krumlov. In 1995, he graduated from the J. V. Jirs\u00edk Grammar School, \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice. He studied at the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, Prague, with graduation in 2001. Afterwards, he worked on a long-term basis in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Hospital in \u010cesk\u00fd Krumlov with practice in gynecology and obstetrics. Since 2004, he has been working in a private medical facility Centre for Medical Genetics Ltd., \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice, focused on prenatal diagnosis, clinical genetics, medical genetics laboratory.<\/p>\n

MUDr. Karel \u010cutka – head of Center for Medical Genetics Ltd.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Born in 1950 in\u00a0T\u00e1bor. He graduated the local grammar school, then studied at the Faculty of General Medicine of Charles University in Prague, with graduation in 1974, like his father and son. He has attestation in the field of medical genetics and gynecology and obstetrics. In 1974, he started working at the Gynaecology Department of the Hospital in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice; from 1983, has was the Head of Department of Medical Genetics of the Hospital in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice. In 1997, he founded the private Centre for Medical Genetics Ltd., in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice, focused on prenatal diagnosis, clinical genetics, medical genetics laboratory.<\/p>\n
